Chimney Caps Chim-Cap Corp. makes every effort to assure that products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from manufacturer's defects, rust and corrosion for the Lifetime of the product. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, repairs or alternation outside our facilities or to lack of proper maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or to incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. To take advantage of this Warranty, the product must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date, and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the product if our inspection verifies the defect we will replace the product.   Flex-All Stainless Steel Liner Chim Cap Corp. warranties its stainless steel chimney liner and other parts supplied by us for the lifetime of the product from the date of installation. Warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective only; and does not include reimbursement of the cost of the installation, shipping or handling charges, or applicable state taxes, and is conditioned upon those parts having been installed by an authorized dealer, and upon the customer's compliance with the annual inspection and cleaning requirements and operating instructions. Consequently damages are excluded and no liability is assumed for defective installation or for materials not supplied by Chim Cap Corp. No other warranty, express or implied, of fitness, merchantability, or otherwise, is made.
