Shipping and Return Policy


Speed of Delivery:  All products in stock are shipped the same day, provided your order is received by 2:00 pm EST. Items made to order are shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders shipped either by FedEx or UPS will be received within 1-7 business daysBarring acts of God, strikes, holidays, or delays due to weather.

 Freight Charges: All orders are shipped F.O.B., our warehouse. Customers are responsible for all freight costs.

Accepting Delivery: Always verify the number of packages you sign for against the number you received. Have the driver note all missing packages. Sometimes, UPS and FedEx will not deliver all your packages on the same day. Please wait a few days before calling us to track your shipment. You can track your shipment online at FedEx.com or UPS.com.

 Damaged Shipments: All shipments are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped from our warehouse. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing for them. If you need to open and inspect the boxes, do so carefully. If damage has occurred during the shipping process, please do not refuse the shipment. Please call us ASAP. We will file a claim as long as we are notified within 3 days of delivery.  

 Returns: All returned products must be unused, in their original box, and in resalable condition.  Products returned must be shipped back to us freight prepaid, along with a copy of the invoice. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all products not returned within 10 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Copper and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of damage during shipping.
